    Registration Information



    You may register online or by printing out and mailing in a registration form.

    Online Registration Process
    We have tried to make the online registration process the most convenient way for you to register by following these simple steps:

    1)   Create a Login ID by completing a form with some basic information about yourself.
    2)   Validate your email address by following the link provided in the email that you will receive immediately upon creating a Login ID. (You will not be able to Login if you have not first validated your email address.
    3)   Once you have logged in, you will be able to add sponsorships, exhibit booths, and register for your conference activities, including your golf tournament registration (coming soon). You will also be able to make changes to your account and register other individuals using your Login ID and keep track of all amounts owed. In addition, by registering online, you will receive important conference information and updates through email.

    Conference Activities:
    The Conference Registration Fees shown below include entrance to all no-charge based activities for the duration of the conference including, but not limited to, the Icebreaker/Welcome Party, Exhibit Area, Opening Session, Panel Discussion, Technical Sessions, Break Sessions, hospitality Room and Breakfasts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Morning).

    Cancellation Policy:
    ASHE reserves the right to cancel tours, programs, or events if there is insufficient registration or for any other reason. ASHE is not responsible for cancellation charges assessed by hotels, airline or travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to cancellation of tours, programs, and/or events.

    Refund requests received in written form prior to May 1st will be honored; however will be subject to a $25* administrative fee.

    * Payments made via PayPal will be subject to an additional 3% charge.

    NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1ST for conference fees or individual events.



    Payment Options:
    The ASHE 2009 Conference will accept mailed checks and PayPal payments.

    Exhibit Booths and Sponsorships must be paid using a check.

    Invoices can be created at anytime by logging on to your ASHE 2009 account and following the 'Make a Payment' link.

    You may pay for your conference registration by check or by using PayPal
    (Accepts: Visa Mastercard American Express Discover eCheck )


    To make a PayPal payment, simply follow the approriate link once your invoice is created. Please note: We can not accept PayPal payments for sponsorships or exhibit booths.

    Hotel Reservations:

    (1) Sponsorship levels qualify for the following:

    Platinum:  Four conference registrations, four tickets to the Past President's Luncheon, four tickets to the Saturday evening Banquet, four golf registrations, four tickets to Stone Mountain, and an Exhibitor's Booth.
    Gold:  Two conference registrations, two tickets to the Past President's Luncheon, two tickets to the Saturday evening Banquet, two golf registrations, and two tickets to Stone Mountain.
    Silver:  One conference registration, one ticket to the Past President's Luncheon, one ticket to the Saturday evening Banquet, one golf registration, and one ticket to Stone Mountain.

    (2) Exhibitors qualify for one conference registration only.
